About Susan Cain:
Susan is the owner and president of the Negotiation Company and has been teaching negotiation for over a decade. Her clients have included Shearman & Sterling, Merrill Lynch, One Hundred Women in Hedge Funds, and many more.
Susan also practiced corporate law for seven years at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, representing clients such as Goldman Sachs and General Electric. She is a fellow of the Woodhull Think Tank, and a cum laude graduate of both Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
